The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.

Production Time:
Every item on our store gets hand produced at workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at Sanmtang Metal Decor Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.

Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.

Our typical production time per order is 3-7 business days.

Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our based design workshop to your delivery address.

Shipping carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier.
